Kat has over 15 years’ experience in home care, with most of that time spent within the bespoke, high-level private care sector. She founded My Home Care Jersey with the sole aim of providing islanders with the very best home care service possible. Kat is married with a daughter and loves sushi, yoga, and taking her dog, Chilli, for walks on the beach. Fun fact… Kat used to be a professional footballer with a career that saw her playing for various teams around the world.

Mark has over ten years experience supporting clients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and has worked as both a coordinator and primary support worker. Mark was born and raised in Jersey and recently became a father to his daughter, Daisy, and since then his free time has shifted from the gym sessions and boxing to family activities like zoo trips and swimming. Mark shares his home with an indoor cat, Nala and hopes to welcome a Maine Coon to the family someday.

Mica is a dedicated and compassionate carer committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs. Originally from Madeira, she has been a Jersey resident for 21 years. Outside of her professional role, Mica enjoys fishing, walking, and relaxing with her 11-year-old Mini Pinscher/Shih Tzu mix, Nala. Family is central to Mica, and she frequently travels to Madeira, Germany, and Portugal to visit her brothers and nieces.

Maria has four years of experience in both care homes and community care. She is a dedicated care professional, continuously enhancing her skills through medical courses. Originally from Madeira, Maria has lived in Jersey since 2001 and has called the island her home for nearly 25 years. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, watching soaps and visiting her sister, who lives in her favourite travel destination, Barcelona, Spain. Maria share her home with two beloved grey cats, Oslo and Maya.

Jayne brings 21 years of dedicated experience in the care sector, including 13 years as a Deputy Manager, covering residential, nursing, and dementia support. She prioritises a positive, respectful approach built on genuine listening and finding satisfaction in supporting clients within their own homes. Originally from Cork, Ireland, she has lived in Jersey since 2010. Outside of work, Jayne enjoys family time, including swimming and walking and is an avid gamer. Her favourite place to travel is Edinburgh and she recently welcomed a new family member to her home, a kitten called Titch!

Born and raised in Jersey, Lucy brings 12 years of experience working in healthcare. When the is not working, her world revolves around her family; She cares for her beloved grandmother and cherishes making lasting memories with her family. Lucy loves to travel, with Mexico holding a special place in her heart, a destination she has been fortunate enough to visit three times!

Natsuree brings a positive and respectful attitude to care, always starting her day with a smile. She prioritizes taking time to genuinely listen and communicate effectively, which helps foster strong bonds that are built on trust. Originally from Thailand, she moved to Jersey 16 years ago and has called Jersey her home now since October 2009. Outside of work, Natsuree enjoys reading, playing sports like Basketball, Badminton and Football and also loves walking and cooking traditional Thai meals. Natsuree has three fish tanks and her favorite travel desination is Saint Jean de Monts in France.
